PORTIWOOD H20 TIMBER BEAM FORMWORK SYSTEM

It is formed by connecting H20 wooden girders a filled body to steel stringcourse resistant to pulling and tension with stringcourse connection Clips, which are capable of force transfer, and by covering this framework, which is formed by this way, with 18 or 21 mm formwork plywood. The formed panels are connected to string course connecting components by shafts. Since connection of panels is performed by shafts, this provides convenience during the mounting and dismounting stages. The pressures over the both sides of the wall formwork are transferred and moved correlatively by the tie rods, which are passing through PVC pipes left within the formwork. This anchorage system is able to carry 90 kN tensile loads safely. Once the panels, which form the Portiwood system, are mounted, they can be used as a one piece standard component. A swift circulation is ensured by carrying with a crane. The used intermediary parts (filler plate) are capable of adapting to every type of project and to the geometries in different sections of the project thanks to adaptors. The formworks are plummeted vertically by a two levered push-pull props, an axial push-pull prop and an adjustment buttress. The static calculations of the formwork are carried out according to the German DIN 18218 norms. The wall formwork can be raised swiftly, safely and properly by using H20 – H20 connection component for the different concrete heights of the project.
