CUPLOCK SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM
Cup-lock Scaffolding is a system that is used both as a high load carrier and as a facade scaffold. It is a scaffolding system with high strength and safety values used in heavy floors and high structures. It is especially used as an under-formwork carrier scaffold. It is very easy to install and dismantle. The cup-shaped posts that make up the system are manufactured from 48x3mm TSE certified industrial pipes, with sizes of 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 cm in a 100 cm (50 cm according to load condition) cup spacing as standard. Cups are made of 5 mm sheet metal and are welded to the posts. There are movable lids on these cups that are manufactured as ductile iron and enable the locking of the horizontal components. As a rigid system is formed with the connection of horizontal and vertical elements, buckling-safe, high load carrying capacity and safe scaffolding is provided. For example, when a column with 50 cm cup intervals is connected on four sides by horizontal elements, it can carry approximately 6 tons of axial load. In the column with a cup spacing of 100 cm, the carrying capacity is approximately 5 tons.
