Flanged Type Scaffolding System

 

Facade Application
 
 Flanged wedged scaffolding system is a high capacity below - beam system that is rigid connection points without any need of numerous connection apparatuses and that can be used as work scaffolding. When used as work scaffolding, it can be manufactured with horizontal depths as 70 cm in width as a standard and 1 to 3 meters in length as requested. By means of wheels added to the lower adjustment shafts, it can be used as movable work scaffolding. 
 
 When used as below-beam scaffolding system, it has a capacity up to 6 tons depending on the horizontal connection intervals. The props that construct the system are made of 48 x 3 mm TSE certificated pipes at 100 cm and 50 cm flange intervals. Since a rigid system is formed by the connection of vertical and horizontal elements, it ensures an installation of a scaffolding system that is safe against twists with a high load capacity.

PROPS (50 cm Flanged)

The props are made of 48 x 3 mm TSE certificated pipes. The interconnection of props is performed by 40 x 2.5 mm inner pipes. Flange: It is made of 125 x 8 mm sheet 8 holes on which the horizontal and vertical connections can be made.

HORIZONTAL CONNECTION ELEMENTS

They are made of 48 x 2.5 mm pipe. Fairlead: (t = 4 mm sheet) Wedge = (t= 6 mm sheet L= 140 mm)There are stoppers on both ends to prevent from being lost.

FLANGED SCAFFOLDING´S PROP LOAD CAPACITY

Twisting Calculations of 48 x 3 mm Flanged Props are made according to (TS 648, DIN 4114) Technical Criteria;

Prop / 50 cm FLANGED

It is made of 48 x 3 mm TSE certificated pipe. The connection element on inner pipe is fixed to the 40 x 2.5 mm outer pipe by press or nut. There are 8 mm flanges made of A1 quality steel in every 100 cm that provide connection to 8 directions. Welding is carried out by automatic gas metal arc welding robots.

ADJUSTABLE FOUR - WAY HEAD

Head is made of 165 x 250 x 8 mm sheet and lug is made of 40 x 40 x 4 mm sheet. Shaft is made of 35 mm full shaft and has square head screw and nodular cast nut. It is used in height adjustments and beam formwork props

FOUR - WAY HEAD

Head is made of 165 x 250 x 8 mm sheet. Lug is made of 40 x 40 x 4 mm sheet and pipe is made of 40 x 2.5 mm sheet. .

U HEADED UPPER ADJUSTMENT ELEMENT

Head is made of 5 mm sheet. Shaft is made of 35 mm full shaft and has square head screw and nodular cast nut. It is used in height adjustments and below - beam formwork props.

T HEADED UPPER ADJUSTMENT ELEMENT

Head is made of 5 mm sheet. Shaft is made of 35 mm full shaft and has square head screw and nodular cast nut. It is used in height adjustments and below - girder formwork props.

LOWER ADJUSTMENT ELEMENT

Shaft is made of 35 mm full shaft and has square head screw and nodular cast nut. Base slab is made of 150 x 150 x 5 mm ribbed sheet.

BUILDING WALL REST ELEMENT

It is made of 48 x 2.5 mm pipe. It keeps the distance between building and scaffolding.

CONSOLE

It is made of 48 x 2.5 mm pipe. It is used for expanding scaffolding through verges and balconies.

START - UP ELEMENT

It provides the connection between lower adjustment shaft and prop connection.

LADDER

It is made of 2 mm sheet and used for facade scaffolding applications.

SAFETY FENCE

It is made of 27 x 2 mm pipe.

ADJUSTABLE HORIZONTAL CONNECTION

It is custom made 48 x 2.5 mm pipe optionally. .

MOVABLE BUILDING CONNECTION

It is made of 48 x 2.5 mm pipe as a standard of H = 260 cm. It can be produced with required height depending on project. There are movable flanges to catch the scaffolding connection. It is used with lower adjustment shaft.

CROSS CONNECTION ELEMENT

It is made of 48x2.5 mm pipe.

WALKING PLATFORM

It is made of 2 mm sheet 28 cm width. It can be manufactured in various sizes and characteristics.

LOWER ADJUSTMENT ELEMENT +

It is used in movable work scaffolding applications.

HORIZONTAL CONNECTION ELEMENT

It is made of 48 x 2.5 mm pipe. On both ends, wedges with stoppers made of 6 mm st44 sheet are connected on fairlead heads, which are made of A1 quality steel 4 mm thickness. Welding is carried out by automatic gas metal arc welding robots.
