Cup-Lock Type Scaffolding System

 Cup-lock Type Scaffolding is a system used as both high load carrier and facade scaffolding. This is a scaffolding system high endurance and safety values used in heavy laying and taller building constructions. It is particularly used as below-beam carrier scaffolding system. Mounting and dismounting is considerably easy.

FAÇADE APPLICATION

Mounting and dismounting is performed swiftly by only using a hammer. There is no risk of missing any part since they are displaceable. This ensures a safe and swift joint. Joint of vertical and horizontal components is carried out in an easy way without a need of any wedge or nut. Height adjustment is convenient by means of upper and lower adjustment jacks. The system is comprised of upper and lower cup props and interconnection of forged headed horizontal components that prevent twisting of props.

BELOW - BEAM APPLICATION

Cup props, which construct the system, are manufactured from 48 x 3 mm TSE Certificated industrial pipes of 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300 cm in length at 100 cm cup intervals (50 cm according to load) as a standard. Cups are made of 5 mm sheet and welded to the props. There are movable covers on these cups that are manufactured as nodular cast iron and that enable horizontal components locked.

PROP / 50 CM FLANGED

On pipes that are made 48x3 mm in size, there are cups and upper bowl; 1-in every half meter and 2-in every one meter. Cups are made of 5 mm A1 quality steel. Upper bowls are nodular cast iron. Welding is carried out by automatic gas metal arc welding robots.

PROP / 100 CM FLANGED

On pipes that are made 48 x 3 mm in size, there are cups and heads; 1-in every half meter and 2-in every one meter. Cups are made of 5 m A1 quality steel. Upper bowls are nodular cast iron. Welding is carried out by automatic gas metal arc welding robots.

HORIZONTAL CONNECTION ELEMENT

It is made of 48 x 2.5 mm pipe. Almonds made of forged steel are welded on both ends

CONSOLE

It is made of 48 x 2.5 mm pipe.

NIPPLE

It is used for interconnection of props. It is made of 40 x 2.5 mm pipe and in 25 cm length.

ADJUSTABLE FOUR - WAY HEAD

Head is made of 165 x 250 x 8 mm sheet and lug is made of 40 x 40 x 4 mm sheet. Shaft is made of 35 mm full shaft and has square head screw and nodular cast nut. It is used in height adjustments and below - beam formwork props.

FOUR - WAY HEAD

Head is made of 165 x 250 x 8 mm sheet. Lug is made of 40 x 40 x 2.5 mm sheet and pipe is made of 40 x 2.5 mm sheet. .

U HEADED UPPER ADJUSTMENT ELEMENT

Head is made of 5 mm sheet. Shaft is made of 35 mm full shaft and has square head screw and nodular cast nut. It is used in height adjustments and below - beam formwork props.

T HEADED UPPER ADJUSTMENT ELEMENT

Head is made of 5 mm sheet. Shaft is made of 35 mm full shaft and has square head screw and nodular cast nut. It is used in height adjustments and below - girder formwork props.

LOWER ADJUSTMENT ELEMENT

Shaft is made of 35 mm full shaft and has square head screw and nodular cast nut. Base slab is made of 150 x 150 x 5 mm ribbed sheet.

LADDER

It is made of 2 mm sheet. It is used for facade scaffolding applications.

WALKING PLATFORM (SHEET LOG)

It is made of 2 mm sheet 28 cm width. It can be manufactured in various sizes and characteristics.
